As I said I'll never give up. So here I am trying to find my way not to really get my Big Fat Positive ASAP but at least to help myself heal naturally.
One of my target this is year is to lose all the weight I've gained during ttc. So as part of it I've decided to do a detox then change my diet and become a full pledge vegan eventually. And also this doesn't involve myself alone. I needed support so whether my husband like it or not he's so much a part of this.
What did we do?
1. Detox - went to Dr. Tam Mateo (I'll share the experience on my next post).
2. Clear the fridge and the entire pantry.
3. Research about being vegan.
4. Attended a Vegetarian/Vegan cooking class (also another story).
5. Continue the raw veggie diet.
It's been 10 days that we are on a raw veggie diet. No sodas, bottled juices, rice, milk (we can't forego the eggs yet. But will soon!).
I'll share the progress pretty soon. And I'm really hoping to end up successful in this!
